What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order. But if you are ordering for a company, we offer special discounts to bulk or monthly ordering and/or subscription. Contact us if you have more than 20 products you want to purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. We offer free shipping to all online orders nationwide.

What is the return policy?

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all transportation fees on returns not due to Merteflor Enterprises's error.

Products generally not subject to return include:

  • Items not purchased from Merteflor Enterprises.

  • Products not in original packaging, including products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling and packaging.

  • Products must not have been customized, modified or damaged in any way.

  •  Items purchased on a “forward sale” basis or discontinued products.

  • Chemicals, diagnostics, sterile or controlled products.

  • Products with an expired shelf life or short expiration dating less than six (6) months.

  • Refrigerated products or other perishables.

  • Products that may be identified as high demand due to a pandemic, epidemic or other situations of crisis
